The activity of designing t-shirts became a task for the leisure center. Some pupils at a time had to come in and gather to talk about the activity. We explained that the activity was part of our EU-project and we showed how some of the other countries had worked with the activity. We also talked about what friendship is and how to symbolize it on a t-shirt.
Then the pupils were allowed to freely create theit t-shirts. They had some shapes and templates they could use or just paint with a brush.
The result was very colorful and successful! The pupils were very proud of their creativity and we used the t-shirts for a vernissage that we arranged for the parents. Then we war able to show what we were doing at the leisure center, but also tell them about our EU-project.
