Description and verification

The children of the “Il Castello” kindergarten listened to the story of Elmer, the colorful elephant. Each class has colored and created its own Elmer book.

Children of 5 years after having reflected on the meaning of history: being friends means to love each other, to be different in age and color of the skin, to have different games, colors, foods, skills. Personal characteristics are what make friendship more interesting and allow you to do many different things together. For the party at the end of the year, it was therefore decided to represent on the shirt that will mark the transition to primary school, the one that Elmer taught .. a heart, which means love and affection, made by many hands of different colors, one for each mate .. because after three years spent together … you are all friends and you love each other as you are! All different and all unique!

All the children participated enthusiastically in the different phases of the activity and understood the meaning of the story. The five-year-olds enthusiastically made the friendship shirt that during the year-end party will be their symbol of the transition from nursery school to primary school.
