PANCAKE TUESDAY
Traditionally families and children use a mixture of eggs, flour, milk and sugar to make a mix called pancake mix. The ingredients are mixed together and then poured into a hot frying pan, with a little oil. They are heated until they are golden brown. You can then serve your pancakes with chocolate sauce, cream, fruit or honey and syrup.
Our Primary One children loved following their instructions to make traditional pancakes. Our pictures show you the process and the product. We hope you take time to follow the recipe to make the pancakes…. They are simply delicious!!!
