There are many traditions
Where everyone comes together.
We celebrate at lots of parties,
And have lots of fun!

In Linyola, casseroles are eaten,
And giants parade around;
While huge human towers are built.
Watch, as they rise with ease
Up they go, one man after another
Soon, a tower is born.

Saint George’s Day is a day of giving.
For women, a rose.
For men, a book.
After the exchanges, our arms are wide
As we give…
A huge hug and a big kiss.
EUROPE
Europe is full of countries
Where everyone is happy
Europe has a colour
That attracts many people
Europe is a special continent
Where people feel free
To visit different places
Football is a very popular sport
That brings joy and happiness
Its flag is blue with yellow stars
It’s a beautiful continent
Where everybody is welcome!
OUR MEALS
We would like to introduce to you
Our Catalan meals
That are healthy and tasty.
We like our Catalan custard
Because it’s very yummy!
Don’t forget to taste our omelette
That is so loved by our people.

With lots of citizens
Infinite meals are cooked
To all the tourists that visit
To Estonia we will drive
And a great time we will have
In Italy a salad we will eat
And a pizza with some meat
Ireland’s flag we are fond of
Its colours evoke such love
Britain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Italy,
Ireland, Northern Ireland, Sweden and Catalonia

LINYOLA’S CASSEROLE
Once upon a time
Our beloved casserole was made.
A group of farmers joined together at lunchtime,
Their plates mixed into one.
And behold, our delicious casserole was invented!
Snails, rabbit and spinach,
Were all cooked together,
With sausages and a little of splash of wine.
Enjoy your meal, great people of Linyola!
