TARGETS ·          We want to support the students at school

( 2 fifth grade classes – Primary School Silvio Pellico in Moncalieri ) to appreciate the importance of being friends all together. An interesting and good way to help them to reflect on their own experiences  about friendship. Compare and link with their European friends.

·         We want to support inclusion and tolerance.

·         We want to develop listening and decoding skills about iconic, spoken and musical languages.
METHODS ·         The teachers of the 2 classes and the Erasmus coordinator promote the event at school.

·         Event organization: place, time, organization.

When, the 4th of June at 4 o’clock

What, flash mob, dance and song.

·         Children studied the song’s refrain and the first stanza of Bruno Mars’ song “Count on me”. They translated the song into Italian language, analyzed the language and the meaning of the most important words too.

·         Song animation with playful, moving, dancing and funny experiences.

·         Flash mob, realization of the final work.
RESULTS ·         Using movement as an action, relationship, communication and expressive tool children become more tolerant. Moreover we encourage their emotional, cognitive and identity growth, in order to increase their social skills to fell themselves more European citizens too.

Titolo dell’azione “COUNT ON ME”
Obiettivi ·         Favorire la socializzazione tra i bambini delle due classi quinte della scuola primaria coinvolti e, a livello simbolico, tra loro ed i bambini partecipanti al progetto europeo.

·         Promuovere tolleranza ed accettazione, mediante lavoro in ottica inclusiva.

·         Sviluppare capacità di ascolto e decodifica dei linguaggi iconici, verbali e musicali.
Metodologia ·         Promozione dell’iniziativa da parte del referente progetto e degli insegnanti delle classi quinte coinvolte.

·         Organizzazione dell’evento: scelta del luogo, dei tempi, delle modalità interpretative dell’azione.

·         Studio mnemonico del ritornello e della prima strofa del testo della canzone “Count on me” di B. Mars, dopo analisi linguistica e riflessione a livello lessicale e comunicativo.

·         Animazione della canzone, attraverso esperienza ludico – motoria.

·         Realizzazione del prodotto finale. Flash- mob.
Risultati attesi ·         Mediante l’utilizzo del movimento come strumento di azione e relazione, comunicazione ed espressione, permettere l’integrazione e favorire la crescita cognitiva ed emotiva, promuovendo nei bambini lo sviluppo dell’identità, dell’autonomia e della competenza di cittadinanza europea.
